JE...Great post, and thanks for the reminder to read "What makes Sammy Run" again...its been awhile. Should also check out Based On a True Story by Kestin...the third novella is my favorite....but Ill def check out IRON WILL when it comes out...

JE, that you loved this book though you didn't like the premise shows an edge to your reading that runs in sync with the edge to your writing. Readers need to read against their type...like actors need to be cast against type. To hell with type....sir.
